Description

I couldn't find a suitable box for reciprocating saw blades, so I made one myself.
The box is available with and without logo (Bosch).

Suitable for saw blades from 100 to 250mm length, increments 50mm

The hinges are designed so that filament can be used as a connector. I cut a piece of leftover filament to length and then heated and pressed the ends so that the filament does not fall out.

Assembly:
1. print all components.
2. cut the filament to length
3. put the components together and insert the filament into the holes
4. to secure the filament from falling out, press on the ends by heating.

Print settings:

plate: I used my high temp carbon pattern plate
Layer height: up to 0.2mm (I chose 0.1mm)
Nozzle: designed for 0.4mm nozzle

Filaments used:
Black: Extrudr XPETG black matt
Gray: Extrudr XPETG metallic matt
Red: Extrudr XPETG red matt

Standard filament doesn't fit in the hinge holes. Discovered this too late, after printing all the parts. It was impossible to bore the holes larger due to the angle and attempting to force the filament through just resulted in it breaking off in the hole.
