Metric Tolerance board for 3D prints.
Use this board to test desired tolerances for your print. This tolerance board has 2 parts, a test pin and a hole board, in both parts a slot is made for a band or string (12mm wide), so none will be lost. The pegs of the test pin is 10mm wide, and the pin needs some easy assebly with glue if wished. If the pegs of the test pin don't fit in the slots on the body, your calibrations is way of.

The board has square (rounded (fillet 2mm) and sharp corners), circular, hexagonal and dovetail (with rounded corners (fillet 2mm) as my tests has proven this stronger) holes, each with .1mm increments in size (also indicated on the board). Yes many would say that some of these shapes are unecessary, but i'll rather have them and not need them than need them and not have them.

• 15% infill
• Supports: tree auto
• Initial layer speed 25 mm/s
• Ironing on top surfaces

!!!  Print at the speed and quality you'd usually do your prints at, as this of course affects the precision of your tolerances  !!!

This is a must have tool for people who makes practical or mecanical prints!
