注意:

如果你用的是拓竹的切片软件。打印侧板时有可能会出现一条缝隙,不用担心,继续打印就可以了。他的打印顺序是最后面的,这是切片软件的问题。另外,墙壁的层数必须是1,不然打印会失败。

我的a1mini刚到两天。想打印一个废料收集盒,但是突然发现没有多少耗材了。而我能找到的最节省耗材的模型也要70多克。

于是我就想设计一个最轻薄的模型,并打印出来。我能想到最轻的方式就是将原本墙壁的位置改为单层结构。所以他的合体厚度只有首层高度的0.2毫米。采用了折叠和拼插的结构。另外我设置了加强筋来加固他。我测试了它的强度,装满一盒废料,完全可以承受。除非你往里面装铁块儿。两侧的面板有两种可以选择,一种是镂空蜂窝状设计,另一种是普通平面。为了兼顾他的强度,他目前最轻可以达到14.5克。
