This is my custom Air Intake I made for the Puch Maxi.

I could not find a single air intake for the puch maxi which fits beneath the plastics except for the crappy original one, so I designed my own.

I have the Maxi-L Model but it should work for the N and S too.

It aligns properly with the plastics and the mounting screw.

It fits the original Bing 14mm Carburetor and maybe the 12mm one too, but I am not sure.

Since the original air intake manifold is quite small and allows only a small amount of air to go through, this is the way to go.

The funnel alone does not provide any filtration for particles etc. so you have to put a piece of cloth or similar over the intake or inside the funnel (otherwise you risk damaging your engine).

Das ist mein selbst-designter Ansaugtrichter für das Puch Maxi.

Ich konnte keinen einzigen finden, der unter die originale Verkleidung passt, abgesehen vom originalen Luftfilter, deshalb habe ich kurzerhand einen eigenen kreiert.

Er läuft momentan auf meinem Maxi-L, aber er sollte auch für Maxi-S und N gehen denke ich.

Er passt unter die Verkleidung und die Befestigungsschraube geht auch durch.

Er passt perfekt auf den originalen Bing 14mm Vergaser, vielleicht passt er auch auf 12mm da bin ich mir allerdings nicht sicher.

Im Gegensatz zum originalen Luftfilter bekommt mein Tuningzylinder die Luft die er braucht und dementsprechend auch die Leistung.

Da der Trichter allein nicht filtert, müsst ihr noch ein Stück Stoff oder ähnliches auf den Einlass oder in den Trichter geben, sonst riskiert ihr einen Motorschaden.
