Overview: The NAU Modular Desktop Stand boasts a myriad of functions, many of which have been highlighted in my video, with additional cable management features awaiting your discovery for even more utility.

**打印**

 

打印文件为3mf文件,包含我设置好的切片参数,以180mm打印盘为基础设计,所以适配大部分打印盘尺寸
匹配自己的打印机型号、打印盘类型、耗材这三者即可打印
我使用的是petg,需要在底板喷胶,否则会翘边
组装组件为
底座+上半主体+耳机挂架+拓展增高模块+卡盒(可选)+任选组件
以按照我推荐的白灰蓝配色进行分盘,不需要ams(多色打印模块)

Printing Guidelines:

  • File & Settings: The provided 3mf file includes pre-configured slicing parameters tailored for a 180mm print bed, ensuring compatibility with most bed sizes. Adjust your printer model, bed type, and filament choice accordingly. I utilized PETG, requiring bed adhesion to prevent warping.
  • Components: Assemble with the base, upper body, headphone hanger, expansion riser module, card holder (optional), and any chosen accessories. For aesthetics, follow my recommended white-gray-blue color scheme without the need for multi-color printing modules.


**安装**

 

在测试后我使用0公差设计,支架主体的槽口有一定形变能力,在使用petg材料时可以提供足够的固定力,pla未测试
但即便是同类型材料,不同品牌的收缩性亦有区别,
所以可能导致部分组件太松或者太紧,以下是我的建议

 

如果组件太紧
请尝试打磨与槽位结合的几条边缘
尤其是有brim的组件

 

如果组件太松
对于需要受力的组件,太松会直接导致掉落,最好的方法是确定位置不需要更换后,再用胶水固定
其次建议垫些薄纸片加固,这样不会丧失灵活性

 

打印完成可在底部预留的四个圆孔位置贴上胶贴防滑
如果希望支架整体可以更稳一点,除了在底部放物品外,可以打印时提高底座的稀疏填充的百分比(默认是10%的自适应立方体)

 

Assembly Instructions:

  • Design Tolerance: After thorough testing, a zero-tolerance design was adopted. The stand's slots possess some flexibility, providing ample retention with PETG; PLA no tested. Due to varying shrinkage rates across brands, components may fit too tightly or loosely. Here are my recommendations:
    • If Too Tight: Gently sand the edges that mate into the slots, particularly those with brims.
    • If Too Loose: Glue is ideal for load-bearing parts if they're excessively loose after positioning. Alternatively, consider slipping thin paper shims to reinforce without compromising adjustability.
  • Anti-Slip Measures: Attach adhesive pads to the four designated circular holes on the base for added stability. Enhance overall sturdiness by increasing the infill density of the base during printing (default is 10% adaptive cubic).
