Printing:

I used regular PLA in a dark blue color. infill I used was 20% layer height 0.2mm, ironing on for cleaner finish.

The parts fit together with some m3 bolts and heated inserts.

Building instructions:

first put heated inserts in the side of the table mount, then attach it to a table by drilling a 100mm hole. and using 4 screws on the under side.

Put 4 heated inserts in the underside of the dremel guide rail. Then add the dremel guide rail on the table by screwing it in with the 4 holes into the heated inserts.

in the table mount are holes for 2 more heated inserts. put them on the side that don't have holes in the thread. the holes are used for tightening and loosening the bolts that hold the dremel extention into place.

Then insert the dremel mount and attach the dremel turning ring on the underside of the dremel mount. 

on the bottom attach the dremel ring holder with 4 screws into the heated inserts.

the table dremel is now finished!

Addons:

the top plate has 4 holes that are 40mm apart. these are for addons like a vacuum hose holder or a fence to put your project against. feel free to design some extras. I look forward to your ideas!
