Prancing horse inspired by Ferrari.
Why did Ferrari use a prancing horse?
Ferrari adopted the prancing horse as its main symbol because it was the personal emblem of an Italian national hero from World War I, fighter pilot Francesco Baracca. After Baracca's death in 1918, the pilot's father donated the symbol to Scuderia Ferrari, founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1929. Ferrari, being a racing enthusiast and recognizing the symbolic value of the prancing horse, adopted it as the emblem for his racing cars. This symbol then became an icon of the Ferrari brand, representing power, elegance, and Italian excellence in the world of racing and automobiles.
Table figurine, desk, inspired by Ferrari. I wanted to recreate the logo in 3D with my own reinterpretation of the horse and the writing.
I created 2 profiles for those with AMS and for those without AMS.
The profile for those without AMS features a pause in the slicer at level 79 to allow for color changes.
