为了节约资金，我使用直径27cm的热风式干果机对耗材进行烘干，但这款干果机不具备温度显示功能，温度调节功能也不准确，于是我设计了这款安装于顶盖上的温度计支架，可以将47mm*28mm的温度计安装在顶盖，达到实时显示温度的功能，并能旋转一定的角度，方便查看温度。

整个模型为两个零件，分别是安装温度计的外壳和固定的支架，连接方式使用M3螺丝和螺帽，如果搭配垫片，可以提升旋转角度时的手感以及耐用度。

耗材不建议使用PLA，不耐高温的特性容易在长期受热后软化变形，建议使用PETG以上的耐热耗材，我使用PETG连续加热干燥8小时，零件没有出现温热软化变形的情况。

在干果机顶盖中心位置，根据支架孔位打孔，分别固定2个M3螺丝，将温度探针从最边上的孔插入，使探针完全在顶盖内侧，不会因为外界温度干扰到干果机内部温度检测。

In order to save money, I used a hot air dryer with a diameter of 27cm to dry consumables. However, this dryer did not have a temperature display function and the temperature adjustment function was not accurate, so I designed this thermometer installed on the top cover. The bracket can install a 47mm*28mm thermometer on the top cover to achieve the function of real-time display of temperature, and can be rotated to a certain angle for easy viewing of temperature.

The entire model consists of two parts, namely the shell for installing the thermometer and the fixed bracket. The connection method uses M3 screws and nuts. If used with spacers, the feel and durability at rotation angles can be improved.

It is not recommended to use PLA as consumables. It is not resistant to high temperatures and is prone to softening and deformation after being heated for a long time. It is recommended to use heat-resistant consumables of PETG or higher. I used PETG for continuous heating and drying for 8 hours, and the parts did not soften or deform due to warm heat.

In the center of the top cover of the dry fruit machine, drill holes according to the bracket holes, fix two M3 screws respectively, and insert the temperature probe from the hole on the edge so that the probe is completely inside the top cover and will not be interfered by the outside temperature.
