When I was a kid there were little swords that were used in place of toothpicks or drink stirs.  I wanted to make a Star Wars insipred drink stir for a party on May the 4th, Star Wars Day.  This started with a light saber from cmdesigns that was more like full size.  When shrinking it down the light part was too thin walled to print.   I took the base and added a cone with the top truncated for the light part and and a cylinder to fill the inside and make it stronger.  It is about 90 mm (3.5") tall.  Surprisingly the original screw on cap still worked when made tiny.  It is left off this design because it is not needed.
