I have basketball hoop having base filled with water.

The caps for the water base were too old and fragile, so not usable.

I designed this cover to tight fit a hole with the measurement of 29.84 mm hole.

Actual design is 30.5 mm, but after shrinking, it fits to to 29.84 mm hole.
