Do you want to mount your headphones to the edge of your IKEA MALM desk, but don't want to screw/glue/tape anything together? This is the holder for you. This headphone holder provides a friction fit to the MALM desk's corners, allowing you to hang your headphones on the corner of your desk with ease.

The IKEA MALM Desk is too thick to reasonably mount most headphone holders. Additionally, since the sides of the desk are flush with the edge, it makes mounting a headphone holder to the edges difficult.

This model is custom fit to the IKEA MALM desk's corner, and allows you to mount your headphones to the edge of your desk with minimal intrusion to your space. Since not all desks are created equal and are not always perfectly flush, I added indents to cover the gaps so the mount fits flush. My desk has indents at the seams of 0.06in on the short side and 0.03in on the long side. Your desk may vary, and because of that, I provided a SolidWorks model with global variables that let you easily change the indents to fit your own desk. Refer to the documentation to see how to change those variables.

Some headphones have a thicker headband, so I included a version that has a longer arch.
