Description

with printing this Ironing test you can find out the perfect settings for ironing. If there are little holes or you can see the lines of your upper layer the extrusion value is to low. If there are string on your layer, the extrusion is to high.

I don't think I can since I ended up just importing your raw model file, sorry. Switching to P1S and Basic filament within your profile came up with way to many settings it was asking to transfer/save/discard, so I gave up. Your raw model worked great though!

Eigentlich gut aber die Flächen sind zu klein oder es gibt einen anderen Faktor, da ich bei einem größeren Druck kurz danach zwar anfangs gute Ergebnisse hatte, sich das jedoch nach paar Minuten änderte. Aber gut um mal ein grobes Verständnis zu bekommen wenn man sich die dazugehörigen Einstellungen anschaut

Hi, Ironing ist für grössere Flächen weniger geeignet. Habs auch lange ausprobiert aber nie ein perfektes Ergebnis erzielt. Entweder es passt an den Rändern nicht oder in der Fläche…

These are auch nice tests for ironing settings! I've added a little label at the top to remind my which nozzle I did the test with. also the top left quarter is usually very over extruded so you could speed up the test by just removing those ones.

Hey I really need this to work but I dont understand what the millimeter values are for, there is no length I could put in as an ironing parameter. This is not ironing speed, is it? Then you would have labelled it mm/s, right? I need an answer fast :(

Hey, the two values stand for extrusion and Speed. You‘re right, it should mean mm/s. Thanks for your comment. I will proof to fix it soon😊
