Description
This is a remix of Willy Carrot's threaded insert press mount for the Dremel 220 Workstation, designed to suit this threaded insert iron from Aliexpress. The mount replaces the Dremel mounting cage.
PETG or ABS is recommended, as the heat from the soldering iron may soften PLA with extended use.
Assembly requires 2x M3 heat-set inserts (4.6mm outer diameter) and 2x M3x12mm Machine Screws.

works great, wish there was a version to hold a normal drill as well

I’ve had the same thought, though I don’t need to use the drill often. I’m working on a prototype though - need to work out the best tolerances and improve the geometry for printing, but I think this will work.
