This is both a pellet dispenser and a self-filling watering dish. It scales up if you want something for adult birds. 

The base with 4 big holes is for food, the base with 2 small holes is for water

I made the following alterations to the original model:

I lowered the water level and greatly reduced the water outlets so that the chicks cant drown.

I enlarged the food holes and added an interior cone to direct food to the outlets better as well as prevent jams or blockages.

I printed mine in PLA and they are water tight. I would avoid sunlight if you plan on using these long term.

Red works well for the base, birds seem to like that color. 

Lighter colors are great for the reservoir so that you can see through it and check the levels at a glance.
