Printable ball bearings

Quick tips for successful print:

Use 3Dlac, glue stick, or Magigoo for better adhesion.

..or simply clean the bed with isopropyl

Reduce flow rate to .95

If you are experiencing difficulty with bearing rotation, don't worry it should loosen up and become much smoother over time, or add some lube.
For best results, ensure the bed is not too close to the nozzle!

2 colored bearing is the original size. top left is scaled 200% uniformly. top right scaled 200% x and y. z is scaled 180%. prints great! functions well as long as you scale uniformly. scaling the z makes the bearings bind up which makes sense. thanks for sharing! printed in Bambu Blue Glow PLA. 2 color bearing is Bambu black PLA and Bambu Blue Glow PLA.

The 3 variations for 6000, all printed good and moving but are not reliable for mechanical use even for 3d printed toys…

nice i print it with a bambu PETG and the result is not bad

It printed well with Bambu PLA Basic on gold pei sheet. I had to increase bed temp to 65C to avoid adhesion issues. The resulting bearing spins freely but has perhaps a bit more slop that is needed. Thanks for the print!
