I wanted a very small desiccant box to put into the plastic bags I keep my filament in. Since those are (in theory) airtight I don't need a ton of desiccant, and since I have a lot of them I wanted something that was quick to print and didn't take up much filament.
These desiccant containers are roughly 35x 20 mm, and have “woven” sides which eliminates the constant extrusion stopping and starting that most designs require. By setting the infill to “honeycomb” and removing the top and bottom layers we get a structure that lets air flow through while keeping the small desiccant beads in.
If you're using color changing desiccant I recommend printing this in a translucent material so it's easy to see when it's spent.
