Description

In Bambu Studio, Click on the Objects tab, then right click on "Name Text - Edit This", and "Title Text-Edit This". That should pull up a window to edit the text. There you can change the text itself, font and size.

Also is included a Fusion 360 File that has parameters for dimensions if you want a different size Name Plate.

The default settings do not include a brim, but please add one if you are worried about perfect bed adhesion. That may give you a better surface for the name.

The font in this file was created with the PC version of Bambu Studio. If you are using the Mac version the fonts may be different.

**Warning** Some users have noticed that after changing the text, that the name plate is no longer on the first layer. This may cause a problem in your print. Please verify that the first layer consists of the text and the name plate. If you think you know why this is happening in some instances please send me a PM.

First layers are only name and title. The other layers get messed up because there’s nothing underneath them. I fixed the model by moving the name and title and frame in the Z. Not attaching pictures because that’s my name and title and not for the internet to know for obvious reasons.

Bed Adhesion Issue

Hi. I'm not sure why that is happening with your attempt. I just tried it myself, Opened In Bambu Studio. I clicked Slice right away to verify that the letters are in the right location. Then if you right click on the text in the Objects location, you should be able to change the text. Seems to be working just fine for me. Do you mind trying it again? Please let me know if you still think it's not correct. Thanks!

Same thing happened to me. After changing the name only the letters were on the first layer.

Brilliant Design. Prints very clean with no supports and textures exactly where needed. Tried it with Black/Gold - Black/Silver - Black/Copper and looks great on each.

This turned out great! Nice work. I love the idea of it being customizable in the slicer. That's simple and makes it accessible to anyone not wanting to dive into full CAD software. Are you planning any additional versions, such as one that can hold business cards or pens? If not, may I take a shot at remixing into something like that? (The license indicates this is allowed, but I didn't want to step on anyone's toes.)

Printed perfectly on my A1 without AMS Lite. Unfortunately, I didn't understand how to change the filament color. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi. I'm not sure if this design is possible without an AMS. Within Bambu Studio you can add a pause for a color change at a particular layer, however this design changes color multiple times at a particular layer. You might need to search google or some facebook groups to see if there's a way to do it.

Interestingly, when I slice the model, I no longer see the title text in the plate to be printed. Adjusting Z axis does not seem to change whether the title text appears
