Simply print them out and use them in place of the original injection-molded clamps. I recommend to use plenty of walls, like 5 or 6 - especially for the part where it goes into the yoke. In addition, you can use the included model as a modifier mesh to strengthen the most important parts.

Note: the modifier mesh is intentionally not fully extruded to the bottom to work around slicer issues where the bottom layer toolpath becomes messed up.

Tolerances

These files assume your printer is able to print with a 0.2mm tolerance. If your printer is less capable, open the Fusion 360 archive (included) and modify the CircularTolerance parameter.
