UPDATE 2/15/24: The BLT upgrade for Sliced Bread is now available.
This is my first upload to MakerWorld, I hope I have everything uploaded properly. Having recently bought an A1 with the AMS, I decided to update one of my Transformer designs. Sliced Bread is an update/remix of my Ham and Cheese design. I've updated the shoulder and hips joints, changed the logo to a Docobot logo as well as changing the overall design to require either a multi colour printer or painting skills.
An assembly guide is on the way.
The design uses eight 5mm x 3mm magnets that are completely optional. They just help it keep it's shape when in bread mode.
Also pictured is my Transformer design A toaster named Crumbs which Sliced Bread is designed to fit into.
If you'd like to check out my other Transformer designs, you can find them all on my Printables profile
Docobots (Dock-Oh-bots) are a faction of former Autobots and Decepticons who have no interest in fighting a never ending war and just want to live in peace. On the run from both the Autobots and Decepticons, they turn to their namesake Dr. Operator to help alter their transformed state from the usual Car/Plane/vehicle into everyday objects to help them avoid detection.
ASSEMBLY GUIDE
Assembly isn't too difficult and should only take a couple minutes. There is no hardware necessary for assembly but there is the option to use eight 5mm x 3mm magnets to help keep it's form while in bread mode.
First off, you will need two Pins and one Leg, Thigh and Joint as seen below.
Take the Joint, slide it into the Thigh and insert the Pin. Then take the Thigh, insert it into the Leg and insert the Pin. Repeat the steps for the second Leg and put them off to the side for a moment.
Next, you will need one Joint, Arm 1, Arm 2 and Hand.
Place the Hand and Joint into Arm 2 and then attach Arm 1 as seen below. Repeat the steps for the second arm and then set them aside.
Next, we're going to attach the legs and head to the chest. You'll need Chest 1, Chest 2, Head and the two assembled legs.
Place the legs and head onto the tracks on Chest 2 and then attach Chest 1 as seen below. I would suggest using a drop of glue on each of the three pegs on Chest 2 before attaching Chest 1. The fit is snug enough already, but I used glue on mine to increase durability.
Grab the two completed arms and the last two pins.
Attach the arms to the body using the pins and we're just about done.
Last thing to do is attach Head 2 using the Head Pin and you're good to go.
