Art Deco R2-D2 HueForge.

**Update : I added a new print profile which is a proper 180x180 version of the model. Because of this size it fits in my (and other) 180x180 frames. ((Hueforge) Frame 180x180 by 3Deekes - MakerWorld)

It also has a much thicker base layer like my later models, it is much more sturdy/easy to remove from the build plate. If you use my profile the first layers of the base get printed at 0.2 layer height which also improves printing speed.

Manual Instructions :

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.04mm with a base layer of 1mm

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (1.28mm) swap to Blue
At layer #14 (1.52mm) swap to Jade White for the rest.
 

My first attempt at my own Hueforge.

If you use my print profile the Layer Settings, ColorSwaps, … are already set correctly.

I used the classic : Black, Blue and White color scheme. But you can experiment with other colors then Blue for other colored R2's, please share a picture if you made another/cool color variation. I'm curious to see all variations ! :)

If you download the STL of want to set the settings manually please use the settings below :

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.04mm with a base layer of 0.2mm

Filaments Used:
Elegoo Black Transmission Distance: 0.6
Elegoo Blue Transmission Distance: 4
Elegoo White Transmission Distance: 5

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #7 (0.44mm) swap to Blue
At layer #19 (0.92mm) swap to Jade White for the rest.
 

Ps : you scan scale the model up/down , just make sure the height doesn't change , so X/Y no problem but keep Z the same
