EDIT : After my initial rating the designer changed some things to the design notebally added a fillet to the top and bottom edges. Perfect container now. Initial Review (Green and Blue pictures) : The pattern alignment between the cap and container is disappointing. I am not over tightening it at all, you can see the gap in the second picture when I line up the pattern..

I have no problems at all at over 20 pieces. I bet you can twist it a bit more to fit with the knot in the bottom part. I will print again to see, but if I get a clean print (again) you must do something wrong. it is meant to be tight but not superhero tight.

and I can make a model without the knot you can try out if it works better for your tightening

I can twist it more but then the knot as you call it goes past the depression on the bottom part. It's all good though I'll design a container for myself that works better for my needs. If I can suggest an improvement it would be to chamfer the top and bottom face to make it more comfortable to hold and manipulate.

Printed ok, but there is a slight gap when aligned (I thought this was fixed?) and when printed in tricolor filament, the colors don't align.

Hello and thanks for your message. Yes if you take the profile without the allignment slot (i tried to write it in the profile so i think that it cant be my problem and a loose in stars for that one. I have no gaps in mine with the slot so thats why i made the other one. You should try the third one with red plate. It says : without allignment slot - fillet.

About the tri color again, i cant see i can make it different since you are the one choose the material. I think its the way you allign the piece in the slicer. I have no tricolor so i cannot try it my self but i think if you rotate the top part you should fix this problem.

And if possible, could you do more pictures of the gab all around the part? I want to fix it so you get a better print!

Nein, ich habe keine Probleme mit der Ausrichtung. Deckel passt perfekt auf das Gefäss, man muss dazu den Deckel jedoch gut zudrehen. Dies sieht man auf dem ersten Bild gut, dass die zwei Teile gut zusammenpassen.
