Description

The print profiles worked on my X1C. Not sure if settings need to be changed for the A1.

I have updated my personal preset for my light boxes. It has been pretty consistent for no wisps. Obviously every printer is different but it should be a great starting point. Any issues please let me know! Thanks!

I would turn off elephants foot compensation and it may help.

Strength Issue:front of lightbox is so thin that when it came off the plate it all splintered in to different color pieces and then popped out of the frame. it's only one or two layers thick. the walls and back printed great. printed straight from creators profile.

I'm uploading a revision that is .80mm (4 layers) thick on all colors. The one you printed is .60mm (3 layers) which has never given me issues. Did you wait for it to completely cool before removing from the bed? It should self release.

The revision is posted. If you are willing to reprint let me know how it works out. Also I see you printed on an a1. My profile is setup for a X1C. You might need to adjust some settings for the a1.

it sat on the bed for several hours , so it was definitely cold. handy automatically adds the ability to use for all their printers . can't make adjustments from handy. just print and go. I appreciate it 💜

Printed great on PEI Textured Plate, it did have a little bit of an issue with the smaller hair pieces, but that could be remedied by using a Cool Plate and some glue instead, as well as going with a .12mm fine setting as well.

The small brown hair up by the horns? I thought about possibly removing some of that detail. Can you upload a photo of your print? Glad it came out good!

These pics show the hair areas I was talking about... Again I think on a CoolPlate with some Glue this wouldn't have happened, but I used PEI Texture Plate... so only thing on that I can do is raise the Bed Temp... Which might also work...

Might also be able to increase first layer flow. Might help also!

i had just printed the revision. the front seems to thin, the colors are separating and there are gaps where you can see light through. its an adorable print, just needs fixed. printed on an x1c

The front is .80 I can go thicker but its just going to use more material and less light will pass through.

Do you have suggestions for switch size for the hole on the backside?

I typically just run my wire out the hole I made on the back panel. Sadly I can't recommend a switch size.
