(Easy Support Removal) 0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 7% infill
I kept getting empty layer error and had some issues with adhesion. However, I was finally able to get a print completed using the alternate print profile. I love it.
You get the exact same empty layer warning on the main profile as well. I just checked. Now for your adhesion issues, I don't know if you changed anything but that's about as good as you're going to get for adhesion. I have the first layer height bigger and you can always add a brim but make sure you clean your bed properly before each print. That helps a lot. If you can see I printed 3 of these and they came out great first try and no adhesion issues.
If you look at the picture I'm attaching, you get that warning because of the way his feet were designed. There's cracks and missing spots but that won't matter if you turn on support. Also, Bambu Studio automatically replaces those designer defects with the nearest normal layers.
I keep getting that there is an empty layer at the bottom. Does anybody know how this can be fixed? This is the first time I've ever gotten this error. TIA
It wont go away. It was a design defect. If you zoom in on the feet you'll see the cracks on the bottom of the shoe. The slicer fixes it automatically so you don't have to worry about it.
Came out better than I expected! Using a beige filament and flushing into object/ infill shows the black slightly in the face but it’s not the design…just the filament. Other than that it’s perfect!!

honestly great just wish there was less unnecessary filament changes and that I didn't use the crappy inland wood colored pla. also that I had set up the reduced waste print profile
