I was looking for a filament flush disposal system that fits for my LACK cabinet and would make it easy to empty the bin afterwards. Although there are many designs available, I could not find any that fits my purpose so I designed my own.

I am sharing this in case someone has a similar setup and would like to reuse, although it might be rare. For context I am using a Ikea LACK cabinet with:

• 3 mm plastic sheet for more stability
• 10 mm rubber mat to compensate vibration
• 40 mm concrete plate to compensate vibration
  Means in total my printer is 53 mm off the cabinet. If your setup is similar this slide might suit you well.

To install you need to cut a square in the size of the flush hole framing. Make sure you use the positioning like in the pictures (24.472 mm off the back / 62.119 mm off the left side). That way it fits perfectly when concrete plate and printer are placed in the middle.

Use 6x3mm magnets to mount the flush hole attachment. To print the slide you can lay it flat on the bed but if it is not working and the layer is not complete try to turn 54.172 deg instead, that is the angle. Fixed it for me at least.

Once mounted and place it should be perfectly aligned. To mount the drawer rail you make sure they fit the stapler box and screw on. The short side had to be glued due to the lack of space in that area but once fitted it all works great. Make sure you put it so the box slides back against the wall of your cabinet.
