Worked well, added some tape to keep it from moving, drill press definitely makes the job go easier. I'm not sure what can be done about the back plate from warping, straightened out a bit when I reattached it.

Strength Issue:Printed in ABS, but still to weak to dril. If the holes were any larger, you could use it as a centrepunch-profile and then drill it.

It seems like you misunderstood what this was meant for. The original model has larger holes meant to drill directly. This was remixed to be used as a center punch / pilot hole guide (as the title says) for the center punch I had. If you have a different one and tell me what hole size you need, I'm happy to adjust it, maybe someone else has the same. I can't change the print profile to something stronger, as it's already solid walls without infill (and it worked for me).
