Description

I POSTED A PIC Of 2 MONTHS OF USE WITH THE A1 SERIES BOWDEN TUBE SET UP WITH THE 4 WAY HUB. THE PTFE TUBES GET SHREDDED AFTER ONLY A SHORT TIME

SO THIS KEEPS THE TUBES STRAIGHT AND GROUPED TOGETHER IN ONE STRONGER BUNCH , DONT FLOP AROUND AT THE BASE ANYMORE AND ARE PROTECTED. I hope to not change out the tubes every two months that’s a waste

THIS ALSO FIXES THE ANGLE THE FILAMENT ENTERS INTO THE TOOL HEAD KEEPING THOSE MUTICOLOR PRINTS RUNNING SMOOTHLY

THIS WAS DESIGNED USING PLA . So other materials might be a tighter fit . If finding it too tight you can always scale up half a percent :) !!

Can be used on any of the a1 printers.

Works great for protecting the PTFE tubes from wearing out at the point where they insert into the 4-into-1 adapter. I use Bambu Lab's PTFE connector to allow a quick swap when using the external spool as seen in the photo.

Thanks for mentioning the PTFE connector. That is a great idea, it's a PITA trying to remove 1 tube to use the external spool. I'm gonna have to buy some.

Can I ask where you got that extra connector? I looked on the Bambu website and couldn't quite find it. I'm new to printing, but would like to use the external spool for TPU at some point.

Relieves some of the stress on my PTFE tubes in my janky low-space setup, helps avoid "filament tangled" error until my AMS lite top mount screws show up

Looks amazing and fits perfectly!! Printed on my A1 Mini in Bambu Lab PLA Basic (Black) For anyone struggling to make the cap flush with the hub on the A1 Mini, I strongly suggest taking the designer's recommendation of scaling up by 0.5%, and try fully seating the cap and removing the cap a few times BEFORE inserting the tubes to make sure it fits well (the first time will require a bit of force, but will be much easier subsequent times) Thank you so much for this design!

Stringing is filament dependent . dry the plastic and try again
