Description

为拓竹P1和X1系列设计的顶板增高架,可以将顶板玻璃抬高约3厘米,避免料管和玻璃的磨损,同时避免料管被玻璃压住导致退料失败等故障。

比现有的增高方案做了大幅度减轻,总共只需要200克耗材,打印时间约为6小时,几乎不需要支撑,大幅度降低打印成本。

Really excellent design and a great approach to save filament. This was exactly what I was looking for. Some parts unfortunately do not fully match with my P1S (11/2023). It seems there are slight differences compared to the X1C => As example on my P1S the glas cover handle is mounted with flat screws, which collide with the frame (see picture). Would love to adjust this and also use this wonderful design as basis for some additions like a raiser for the AMS which could be mounted on top (optional). Is there any chance you could share the "original" design files? (I just dislike using the STL as basis for mods). Thanks a lot in advance.

Hey man, not sure if you saw it, but if you click on "Raw Model Files", there's .stp (so STEP) files instead of STL, which should be easy enough to modify :)

很有意思的设计,以低成本完成了最重要的功能,但是模型贴合度受限于打印条件可能并不完美,在没有AMS压住的情况下容易翘出来;如果滑动挡板塞不进去可以尝试Y轴缩放95%,Z轴缩放85%~90%

早看见一点就好了。。。,打的有点变形不太稳,没有ams压不太住,如果支架底边与机器卡的那个突起再多出1mm估计就更好
