Description

So last year I've bought the Nuki Smartlock Pro 3.0

It worked pretty well but lately started to skip steps when unlocking the door. I determined the issue to be the main gear (the one that also holds and turns the key), which over time had developed so much play what the tooths would slide off another, making a horrible noise and (over time) would destroy the lock.

Its weird but I haven't seen anybody talk about this issue. The main problem is that the main gear is just too small, leaving too much play and movement while locking/unlocking the door when stress is applied.

This new gear aims to fix this issue and sits way more securely in its place (it almost doesn't wiggle) and that is reflected in the locking/unlocking performance. It doesn't slip anymore, the horrible noise is gone and the lock stalls when it should.

Since every printer prints a little differently and the tolerance are quite tight, I have included the .step for this model. If something doesn't fit I would recommend editing the .step to fix dimensional issues.

If this model fixed this problem for you and saved your $200 Smartlock, I would suggest buying me a coffee :)

I would appreciate makes and comments, thank you!
