Description

SUPER NICE spinning keychain rack with 608 roller bearing for smooth spinning operation. Tight tolerances for sturdy construction. Each tier uses one bearing prints in 3 plates spins beautifully and doesnt wobble when weight is not centered.

I just finished making this and I went to put it together and the tops popped right off. Is it because I did not use 4 walls I think it defaults to 3? I still don’t understand what the walls do so it it imperative that it be 4 walls? This is a 20% Gyroid infill, printed on an Ender 3 V3 SE. TIA😊😊

so sorry to see this happen. I would definitely recommend increasing the wall thickness as it will be quite weak with only 3. I suggest using 5 walls and 25% infill or more.

Nice and sturdy and spins well with the bearing! Currently printing the next tier! Edited: the part with a cilinder and the 8 hooks attached doesn’t have a snug fit with my bearing resulting in a wobbly display. Too bad! 🫤

Printed great but spindle that goes into top rack was weak and broke off inside top bearing. Will try and reprint with more infill.

I reprinted section using 3 walls and 15% infill and 4 top layers. Came out much stronger.

Print is nice and I love the stand, I plan on trying to use it at a show this summer. Seems a little wobbly and will update my rating after I get some better bearings. Thanks for sharing!
