I had to adjust the text depth for uniformity. It kept putting letters at different depths randomly and as such, would stand some letters up on end.

strange. I had no problem with mine. do you use Bambu filament and a original 0.4 nozzle?

Original nozzle yes, Bambu filament no. But the filament wasn't a part of the equation as Bambu Studio preview showed the problem in the layers after slicing - with all kinds of different filaments. May be related to the font I chose though - Comic SANS - don't judge me! LOL 🤣
