Description

I recently bought rocket book cloud cards for my office work as I was going through post it notes extremely fast. These are reusable index cards. But they did not come with any storage box and I am extremely used to having my post-it notes in the dispenser which dispenses it one at a time.
So, I decided to design a solution which will dispense one index card at a time when I need it and once, I have used it, I also wanted to store this used card in the same box until I am ready to reuse.

Printing

Print one copy of each uploaded files except for “Spring” and “Indexcard Storage Box Part 1”. You will need to print two copies of “Spring” and “Indexcard Storage Box Part 1” files.
You can use PLA for all the files. Other than SPRING, none of the files require supports.

Print spring with 6 perimeters to make sure it doesn't have any infill and print it with SNUG type supports with OVERHANG THRESHOLD at 40.

Assembly

Use the uploaded animated GIF as the assembly guide. All same-colored parts get glued together and all the round holes will accept 6x3 magnets. Both dispenser top and storage box have been split intentionally to print them without supports.
