Print all pieces and glue it together.
Can be painted before or after gluing.

I printed it with white extrudr GreenTEC, but I think normal PLA would be the best.
I primed and painted it with Vallejo Model Color.

For the glass panes I used some transparent plastic foil from food packaging.
