Description

One of my co-workers asked me to make him an Army emblem and a Marine Corps Emblem. I'm also working on the US Navy and Air Force.

These have a 9" diameter and are 11mm thick to accommodate a slot for a nail head. I used the 0.4 nozzle and it took a bit over 7hr. I do not suggest the textured plate as the aux fan messes up the print.

Printing:

3 walls

rectilinear

20% infill

Ironing top surfaces only

Cool or High Temp plate

Other Issues:great potential design, however looks like it needs some improvement on the top layers. The text on the ribbon also gets messed up.
