Description

*Cartridge-specific version of my original (Reloading Block - 100x-473BF - w Bullet Spot 224), made specifically for the 458 SOCOM by request.

Reloading cartridge block with space for 100 cartridges. I've found through my reloading career that I often don't use all 100 spaces, and I like to set out the bullets that I'll be loading as well. Nice and clean when I'm doing a batch of 20, for example. So I took the classic loading block shape and added a small diameter inset in it (see second image) to give a spot to hold the bullet nice and centered.

This specific model is for a cartridges with a 473 bolt face (with the rebated rim of the 458 SOCOM), and the center hole is for 458 diameter bullets. I do not load or shoot this cartridge and so have not been able to verify it, so I STRONGLY suggest you print the 1-spot “-TEST” model and verify it fits and works the way you want before investing hours and 100's of g of filament into the full version. I can make a version for any bolt face and bullet diameter though so if you want a model to match your needs just let me know and I'll whip it up for you like I did this one.

Saved me some trouble in Fusion360 as I've got some reloads of .458 to do.
