I cant use it when i download ist it says "There where no models in.." can anyone help :/

I am using Cura to open it I also tried importing it in my blender, but that did also not wort due to the same issue

What kind of support did they print with?
As you can see in the picture, it worked without any problems and is still in use without anything being broken.
What material did they use to print it?
Have you also used Support Filament?
