Here I uploaded the necessary covers for you to close the side and bottom slots on the Ender 5 Plus housing. So you can then create a perfect silent flow ventilation with my Dual Noctua 92x14mm conversion.

By the way, I sawed out the holes with a very simple jigsaw with a metal saw blade and then deburred them with the Dremel. But you can also use a file.

Here are the fans you need: Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (92x14mm, Brown)
With the slit covers you have to mirror the side cover once in your slicer because you need one for the right and one for the left. For example, I always made the print bed side visible because I liked the surface better there.

With this little Stepdown Modules you can connect the 12V fans to the 24V power supply. If you have installed these two Noctua you only have to remove the cover from the power supply and disconnect the fan there. The power supply fan is the loudest in the case and with this mod you no longer need it.

Hier habe ich euch mal die nötigen Abdeckungen hochgeladen um die seitlichen und unteren Schlitze am Ender 5 Plus Gehäuse zu schließen. Somit Könnt ihr dann mit meinem Dual Noctua 92x14mm Umbau eine perfekte silent Strömungslüftung erzeugen.

Die Löcher hab ich übrigens mit einer ganz einfachen Stichsäge mit Metallsägeblatt ausgesägt und danach mit dem Dremel entgratet. Geht aber auch mit der Feile.

Hier sind die nötigen Lüfter: Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM, Leiser Premium-Lüfter, 4-Pin (92x14mm, Braun)
Bei den Schlitzcovern müsst ihr die seitliche Abdeckung einmal in eurem Slicer spiegeln da ihr ja eine für rechts und eine für Links braucht. Ich habe zum Beispiel immer die Druckbettseite sichtbar gemacht weil mir da die Oberfläche besser gefallen hat.

Mit diesen kleinen Stepdown Modulen könnt ihr die 12V Lüfter an euer 24V Netzteil anschließen. Wenn Ihr diese beiden Noctua verbaut habt müsst ihr nur noch die Abdeckung vom Netzteil entfernen und den Lüfter dort abklemmen. Der Netzteillüfter ist der lauteste im Gehäuse und durch diesen Mod benötigt ihr ihn nicht mehr.
