Description

Made a coaster with holder that can fit 6 coasters. The coasters have a motive of the Helm of Awe.

The Helm of Awe, also known as "Ægishjálmr" in Old Norse, is a powerful protective symbol in Norse mythology. It's depicted as a magical symbol in the shape of an eight-armed wheel or star-like shape, often inscribed or drawn on objects for protection. Warriors believed it granted them invincibility and fearlessness in battle, instilling awe and safeguarding against evil forces. The Helm of Awe symbolizes strength, protection, and the ability to strike fear into adversaries.

Very good work, I really like the print. Unfortunately the symbol is not Vegvísir but the Helm of Awe (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helm_of_Awe). But I would be very happy about a version with Vegvísir (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegv%C3%ADsir)

Thank you for the nice rating and your comment. I'm happy that you like the model. And yes, you are right.. I used vegvisir as model name as of its more known name than Helm of Awe. I tried to work on the real vegvisir but didn't find the symbol pleasing to the eye at first. But after your comment I went back to work and managed to make a good DXF that I could then model in 3D. I will release it in a day or two, thx for your commitment! Some times we need a little push to get the work done. 😊

Thanks man, they are also very nice. Thank you that you made them🙂 I scaled them a little bit up, so that they have 10cm Diabetes, so that they fit my glasses a little bit better. the left side is the original sie and right is th upscaled one.
