Description

On the original Prusacaster, the hardware is placed 1.4mm too far to the left, but two more options exist for the Harley Benton hardware.

mrstolarsky made a great new core with the screw holes for the alternative hardware, plus the American version of the hardware.

There are three known versions of the Harley Benton Thomann hardware:

  • 5-screw hardware used in the original design from Thomann in Europe
  • 3-screw hardware from Thomann in Europe
  • 3-screw hardware from Thomann in the US

I've moved the screw holes over so the hardware will sit so you the completely straight strings, plus I've made 3 different cores, so you don't have to glue the holes shut.

I've tested the alternative model, which is known to produce a correct Prusacaster. For the other two, I don't own the hardware, so use it at your own peril.

The 5 holes version with the offset seems to work for me. I will print the pick guard also and update the post later on. Thank you
