juice box holder with hinged snap latch lid

fits 50w x38d x 105h juice boxes such as

- Honest kids

- Minute Maid

keeps small children from squeezing the box and making a mess. '

prints in PLA without support. be sure that both handles are exposed to the airflow from the parts fan such as by turning to the side like in the included build profile, i experienced warping in the furthest handle before doing this.

one step assembly as lid hinge will need to be snap fit onto box. hinges back and forth without issue and uses a compliant snap latch to hold the lid shut.

features a hole in the bottom for easy removal of juice box when done.

if you like this design but use a different size juice box let me know in the comments and ill see about making alternate models for those.

This is an awesome print! I chose a stronger profile, 6 walls, to make it tough as nails for my 2 year old. Print turned out beautifully! We'll done to the designer. But all the juice boxes we can find are too tall! Bummer. Maybe we could get one that is about 1.5mm taller?

can you post the measurements of your juice box in mm" including where the straw hole is on the op of the box ad well as what brand it is?. I'll see about making an alternate print profile for it. is it just that the height is too short and all the other measurements including the stra hole position work well for your box?.

Hey thanks for the response. I think it's just a height issue. The width and depth are perfect. I measured just under 50mm for the width, and 38mm for the depth. The height is measuring at exactly 121 mm. The straw hole appears to be in the correct location. The two brands we usually buy are Kirkland (from Costco stores in United States), and Apple & Eve. They're both the exact same size. (Attached photos are on an old Overture print bed with dimensions in cm.)

For Honest juice box (50mm x 38mm x 105mm)

I like the design since it has a lid. It did need some modifying with the organic apple juice boxes. The holder was a tad too small width wise so I scaled the entire thing 10%. Which leaves room for taller juices. Also, this juice has a straw in the middle so I modified the lid hole for side and middle straws.
