Description

Hello,
here you have my little fun Tic Tac Toe keychain.

Don't forget to calibrate your filament.

A smooth buildplate is recommended.

After printing, the individual fields should release with a slight twist.

Update 21.01.2024

After receiving feedback, I tested different filament manufacturers.

All filaments were calibrated using the same procedure.

  • Bambu : OK
  • Extrudr : OK
  • Esun : Welded
  • Esun Matte: Ok
  • Overture : Welded
  • Sunlu: Welded
  • and so on……

I tested a total of 8 different manufacturers and 24 colors.

Apparently, the different manufacturers "shrink" differently.
I have therefore uploaded 2 models for which I have increased the tolerances.

  • +0.05
  • +0.1

If anyone has a problem with the tight tolerances of the original model, please try a model with the increased tolerances.

Of course, these models have also been tested by me with the materials.

Thanks for your feedback, and happy printing

I'm sorry that it didn't work for you. If the filament is not well adjusted, or some manufacturers shrink differently, the parts cannot be moved. I have uploaded models with greater tolerance for this. You can find these under the RAW model files. ( Not visible on the mobile APP, only via the browser )

Try the 0.05 tolerance print profile I uploaded. I have printed out 25+ using and all break free. Depending on where on the plate the piece, it might be slightly harder to break loose a couple squares but everything did. I had also did the 0.1 tolerance but found that after playing with it a while they rotated too much for my liking.

Printed perfectly! My daughter loves it! Now, she can stop drawing tic-tac-toe grids on every piece of paper she finds!

Works great, needed a little push on each tile to get them rotating as noted by designer.
