Interesting... too small how? Not enough layer changes, or not a large enough diameter, or not large enough for your nozzle size? How should I make it better? I tried to keep it small intentionally to consume little amount of time and filament while still running each of the 8 colors 3 times as an adequate test. I suppose if you want more layers, for more filament changes, you could simply scale it in the Z direction.

diamiter too small to effectively be able to see enough any under extrusion caused by resistance in the tubing or spool coming from the ams. bambu has not yet provided a way to upscale in the app, (can only be done on PC Slicer) thats the purpose of premade profiles, I suggest you show people a representation of the actual size, and provide a second profile with a larger diameter for larger surface area , ( height is fine as is with 2 layers)

I only intended this test to see if the AMSs could perform properly inserting and retracting filament repeatedly from all eight positions. This test is not designed to test print quality, though I suppose it could be used that way. So, what you are saying is there is nothing flawed with the print profile as it exist, except that you would like some different profiles.
