If there's one thing I hate, it's the many different boxes containing small parts. To solve this problem, I bought the sorting boxes from Action, which unfortunately don't have any removable compartments. My solution is these inserts.

One sorting box fits 6 large inserts or 8 or 10 small inserts (2 compartments remain empty)
