I wanted an iPad Air holder for the shelf that holds my computer stuff. I can use the iPad as a second monitor or just use the IPad Air as separate browser or app or whatever.
This holder should fit many Ipad models from Mini, to Air, to Pro. It should also have no trouble with many other tablet brands. The shelf width is 15 mm which hold my Ipad Air with an Apple case. It works in vertical or horizontal, with a gap for the iPad charging/USB/Lightning cable.

Notes:
The one pictured is printed in PETG with three walls, two bottom, and two tops.
Be careful if you are using support for the clips, it can get difficult to remove and cause breakage.
To assemble, trim, file, or sand as needed to get a good fit. You should not have to shove these together.
Also notice there is a taper to the slide-in tabs and a matching taper on the tubing clips. Make sure your clips are aligned correctly.
Attach the clips to the shelf and slide in the base tabs until snug. Check that your base is square to the tube. Now add a few drops of superglue to tack the pieces together.
After it is dry, remove the assembled base piece and flood the joint area with more superglue and allow it to cure.
Repeat these steps for the top piece. You may need to shim your shelf tubing with some tape to firm up the grip, depending on your printer.
