Description
I created this sorting box for screws and nuts and other small parts.
It contains 16 container.
To assemble snap the hinge in place and insert the slider after printing.
I would recommend to use a filament with a smooth surface for the slider, I use for a example a hightemp PLA.
You can also print the containers in vase mode, but i would recommend a larger nozzle to have wider walls.

Die Box ist super und die Container sind, trotz der geringen Größe, sehr stabil und sehen toll aus.
Allerdings ist der Schieber ein echter Krampf!
Mein Drucker ist maßhaltig und gut eingestellt, aber aber bei 100% Größe habe ich nicht den Hauch einer Chance den Schieber auf die Schiene zu bringen.
Bin aktuell bei 115% und es passt immer noch nicht... was ist der Trick bei dem Teil?

Wie beschrieben nehme ich dafür ein Hightemp PLA, was bisschen flexibel ist . Du könntest auch ASA probieren oder TPU. In original Große passt alles auf dem P1S gedruckt. Oder senk die Flow rate beim PLA um 2-3%
