Description

I reverse engineered the filament swatches that come with the A1 mini from pictures from youtube video's.

They are an perfect fit with the “Swatch Display Board” by Bambu Lab: https://makerworld.com/en/models/14863#profileId-14645

I also made a version with PRUSAMENT, POLYMAKER,REPRAPWORLD and SUNLU on the back (printing with a smaller nozzle is recommend for these)

Special Thanks to Bryan Vines for the clear video of these and the temporary cover photo!

Check him out he's great: https://www.youtube.com/@BV3D

Enjoy!

Very nice from you. :-) I would like if possible: Amazon eSun Overture Eryone and definitely Bambu with text or maybe with logo. :-) If you have a "buy me a coffee" link, please share. Thanks again for your great work.

Ironing, 0.12mm layer etc.
perfect replica. notice I have some from another poster in there, and they don't fit nicely. I also have ones from Bambu Labs. These are perfect replicas.

Great smooth surface. You don't have to change anything in the print profile to get a perfect result.

Very nice model, esp. the hole is very nice. After printing a few swatches I‘ll revert to a bigger size though. At 24x24mm the swatches can only be engraved with filament details when using a 0.2 nozzle and I like to engrave them instead of putting stickers on them.

yea I have a dedicated A1 mini with 0.2mm nozzle. Scaling them up is a very good idea! Thanks for the make and amazing top layer patern :)

Nice print. However, I noticed a thin line on one of the swatches. Another user reviewed and said the thin line was there in the same place on the bed everytime he printed and his description matched my location. Yet another reviewer suggested to arrange the swatches so that the nozzle didn’t have to move over already finished parts. Maybe that is what is happening. The one in the photo is PLA-CF, so some slight fiber roughness is expected on the top edge. That’s also the one with the thin line.

@Foxart here's a screenshot that shows the travel of the nozzle.
