Description

Print profile and Filament settings for Polymaker PA6-CF. Also included are support settings that remove clean, and eliminate the need for any support material. These settings are what I have found to produce an excellent finish with great layer adhesion, creating a very strong part. These settings are also meant to prevent warpage. I spent an entire day, and $45 of filament figuring these settings out.

I am on a Ender 3v 2 so I can’t use all of the settings but I used as many as I could and it turned out great the stringing is just my printer does it with every profile and this profile made it better

Hi, what would the print settings be in order to print nicely with pa6-cf.

Adjusting the speeds, flow, and temperature of the bed mainly. Polymaker likes a lower temp bed than most nylons.

im sorry, I should have specified. I'm using bambu labs PA6-CF. I printed all parts successfully, minus the body. For some reason it sliced it funky on the body. I also want to reprint frame 4.5mm thick. Printed with X1E.

I apologize I did not see this sooner. My settings in this profile are for the Polymaker brand PA6-CF and PA612-CF only. Bambu's PA6-CF will need different settings, unfortunately I have not tried their PA6-CF so I do not have settings for this filament.

Nothing would seem to print right with these settings. It could just be me or my filament

Have you properly dried your filament? Nylon is VERY hydroscopic and absorbs moisture like crazy. Even brand new rolls need dried for a decent time before use.
