Description

Base ramp insert for easy filament debris removal, one piece design. Can be printed in one piece on the bed of X1C, P1P and P1S.
Designed for optimal fit and easy install.

Best in PETG for temperature resistance, added print profiles to have variable layer height so bottom layers are smaller for smoother edge and top is thicker for faster printing. No glue added on PEI sheet.

trop Grant de je pence ou mouin 0.500mm ,dommage sinon le reste parfait, a y regarder je pence que cela est ma faute j ai peut être pas attendu le bon refroidissement et gondole un peux donc parfait

new spool (Bambu lab lime green petg) that during the last couple of days has produced great results. not sure what happened… edit: 4 stars until next attempt since I can’t revise my rating.

Did you clean you plate before the print, looks like the edges came loose which messed with the layers. I've printed this profile twice and for me it sticks down nicely.

will try again soon! I’m usually quite thorough with cleaning the plate but I agree that it could have been the issue, judging by the detached ends. will try to revise my rating for now.

Fits good but not tight. Its pretty solid and does what it should do.

i just increased mine from 100% to 100.5% and its snug now. I forgot ASA shrinks lol

Printed in eSun ABS with 100% infill, fantastic idea and easy to collect filament debris.

Great print, used my own profile. Came out about half a mm too long, quick sanding cleared that up. Printed in PETG-CF. I super glued it in place, just a couple dabs then held it down. Ended up very flush, no gaps top or bottom.
