Piotr Stachu, alias Pietia, from Poland is in my eyes one of the most impressive designers at Thingiverse:

I really love his models and especially the buildings are very useful also for model railways… you may just rescale them to desired scale.
Here is one example – his wonderful factory building:

Piotr is making his models for wargaming in 1:56. In that larger scale it makes sense to print all walls separated and flat on the building plate. For anyone, modelling in H0/OO or larger scale, the original design may be more useful. For this republishing in smaller n-scale I put walls together and made some invisible strengthening. In the result the factory is now made from 8 parts, instead of 17 (of which 3 parts are needed 2-times and one part 4-times.
You may also make the factory without the chimney. In this case it may work as a warehouse to. Just print “Side_wo_Chimney” twice and skip “Chimney” and “Side_w_Chimney”.
The glass for the windows was made using Microscale Kristal Klear (in larger scale this may not work).
Hope you enjoy this make/remix and can find a place for it on your model railway layout or diorama. Please give the original design a like!
Model sized for n-scale (1:160). Conversion values:
Japanese N-scale, 1:150 -> 106%
British N-scale, 1:148 -> 108%
TT-gauge, 1:120 -> 133%
Larger scale -> consider printing the original design.
