Description

Was looking for a good stand for my Amazon MYNT3D Printing Pen that left the nozzle open if it was still hot. It should put the nozzle about 8mm or so off the surface and only the bigger of the 3 vents on the sizes of the nozzle is covered. PLA should be fine.

 

I added a second version at a 45 degree angle if straight up and down doesnt work in your situation.

I used PLA, but obviously PETG/ABS would be better.

The stand printed very nicely on the textured plate with PLA. I cut down the rectangular 3D pen holder by 6mm so that it 1. Does not interfere with the feed button. 2. Now, being shorter, while still holding the pen perfectly fine, it will fit in the box with the rest of the parts and equipment, along with perhaps 5 of the filament reels. It is nice now, to have all of the related parts to fit in the OEM factory box for storage, with the lid closed by the magnetic latch.
