You have two models in this design. The only difference is the top of the “ball” where one of the design is simple and the other have a simulation of real christmas tree ball.

It's designed to be printed in different color changes to achieve the final result, if you want you can print it in one color and paint later.
This is the filament color change configuration if you print with 0.2mm layer using Cura “Pause at Height”:
1 to layer 13 (0.2 to 2.6mm) = Green
14 to 17 (2.8 to 3.4mm) = Black
18 to 21 (3.6 to 4.2mm) = White
22 to 25 (4.4 to 5mm) = Red

If you use an Slicer that starts by layer 0 (Prusa Slicer), you need to lower that numbers by one to achieve the effect.
